Bibio - Mind Bokeh

officially erased take off your shirt. feels good now

listened to it today for the 1st... very good

i actually haven't given the guy much listens, maybe that will change

this album's really growing on me.

Take off your shirt is pretty bad (starts off alright, fooling me into thinking "yeah, this isn't that bad", but really does get that bad.)

k is for kelson and more excuses are other tracks i can do without :)

Artists' Valley is so lovely. the songs a little disjointed, but the second half is so fucken nice. (disjointed is a good term to describe alot of the songs on the album/ the album in general)..

I'd like an mp3 as well if available?

great release... i love how it feels like he went a bunch of different directions on the same album. favorite definitely has to be artists' valley... holy fuck!

i'm not very into this guy, whatsoever. i dig a few of his songs.

im ust say now though that the 'k is for kelson' song blew me away. if i previously didn't really 'get' this guy now i'm much more interested to give him a chance. that's a great song.

Bought this at Tower Records in Shibuya... I got a little keychain kinda thing with it. It's a little cardboard Mind Bokeh head with a small rope attached to hang. Nothing exciting but it was a nice surprise!

I really like the bonus track, Vertical Helical Stan... kinda reminds me of BOC. I'm enjoying the album more & more with each listen!

Since I quite liked the album, I think I'll give a chance to the "K Is For Kelson" 12" w/ 3 new tracks. Nobody mentionned it yet on WATMM ???? Guys ! Come on !

Sure! It's not really a keychain, but I don't know what else to call it... or what to do with it

If you can fit it around your wrist, wear it and prance around with streamers while listening to the album. I'm sure that's what ol' Bibio intended.

Pretty good album.

This keychain looks almost like a guitar pick.

Maybe he recorded the whole album with such guitar picks.

I think that's a "sine qua non" condition to Bibio's lo-fi sound.

When I got my CD from HMV Japan it came with a little badge, which looks exactly how you'd imagine.

Heard this at a friend's house yesterday... I liked one or two tracks but on the whole i wasn't very impressed.

still like this album. in top 2011 album i think. :)

been listening to this a lot more recently and it really is an excellent album (with of course, the possible exception of one obvious song).

but yeah, i feel the style of this album coming as a followup after Ambivalence Avenue really threw me off initially. big big grower for me :)
