ya just a list of info everyone wants, and then I can put together a little feature list, so I know what needs to be on each user page.

Like if each page will have a list of tracks and a player ETC. I'll most likley end up creating a user for each person in WP and just let you manage your own page. Will be easier, and I don't want to maintain that shit. :D

I'll post my wireframe ideas here and you d00ds can let me know if it seems cool. :sup:

I'm thinking we should drop comps from time to time and maybe soundtracks from games someone on the site scores.

I enjoy ABXY, Flyover (FlyOver?), Under Wave (UnderWave?), and iddqd. Expansion Pack is pretty lulzy, but I'd be down.

are you sure you want this to be video game centric (unless there's more to this that i've missed)? i'm not going to be part of this or anything, i was just wondering if you might be limiting yourselves or putting people off you by doing so. is no one interested in having this tool as a potential avenue to employment as a composer for short film or stage or anything? individual members could always tag themselves as being only available for x, y and z kind of work. i mean, this supportive group of bros is a great idea an'all but i think you could do more with it.

I understand that to an extent, but the less specialized you are the less you stick out. If everyone else wants to switch gears on it, I suppose I'll still be on board, but a collective of producers and composers seem far less likely to get attention than a collective of video game music producers and composers. There are probably tons of the former and far fewer of the latter.

hmm good points. I think though that if we just make this really focused it might be more effective. People can always have alternative side projects. It's just online after all. Not like it will expend masses of money or time to get going.

Also we'll most likely have to have some kind of dues (just for hosting really). Unless someone has some server space and bandwidth they wouldn't mind sharing...
