BIBIO/CLARK split 12" on Warp

not too impressed with either. bibio's track is better but nothing mind blowing.

What's with the melody at the end of Clark's? I kept waiting for it to develop into something, but it just dribbles on and then fades out. The track seems like wasted potential.

CLARK's track sounds good but lacks any real content...

BIBIO's is a bit more composition based... sounds awesome and is PACED...

The Bibio literally sounds like it was made in Clark's studio. Both are pretty meh though... Clark needs to cool it on the dance tunes and get serious again

Picked this up.

I was listening to the Clark track and thinking "10 euro for this shit?" but then I bought it after listening to the Bibio track.

The Bibio doesnt sound like Clark, its far better. Clarks track ends when it gets interesting, he has a habit of doing that.

Boy oh boy does that Clark track fucking blow.

This fucking sucks.

Bibio actually had a very unique and special sound going for him and at this point to me it seems like he's just flushed it down the toilet.

the bibio track reminds me of dabrye at times. im not sure how i feel about the use of the rob base and ez rock sample.

Also I don't mean to sound like a prick about the new stuff. It's really not bad and probably fun to drive to. But really, I honestly just don't give a fuck about that kind of music. It's boring and feels overdone to me. That's just my opinion.

I think that bibio has created somewhat of the most awesome track in a long time! this reminds me of the past but also makes me excited of the future as well at the same time! What a man!

It's Random Clark Pisstake Track (like 90% of his non-album material) packaged with another awkward I-have-no-idea-what-sort-of-music-I-make-anymore Bibio track. I'd have cognitive dissonance too if I paid money for that record, but come on, it's shit.
