- 606 on the audio input.

- x0xb0x on the FM input.

- 101 on the AM input. Enters about halfway through, high pitched noise/filter sweep sound.

Nah, if you mean the zappy effect, that's just a monotron. Full resonance on the filter, lfo sent to cutoff and just winding down the lfo rate. Wanted to put an atonal resonant filter solo on the top of the mid section, but was pushed for time =(
