Start sampling farmyard aminals.

if you want to sound like analord get a midi/cv plugin.

if you want to sound like aphex get max, c-sound or reaktor(which is probably the easiest to start out on out of those). I've never used a fruityloops so I don't know how to work it or what v-synths/samplers come with it. Probably best to start with the built in stuff and watch some tutorials on youtube.
