Johooo people,

This being my first post and all..

HELLO! I'm Thomas Edward!

I thought It would be nice to begin my journey by showing my school work.

Just a while ago I got an assignment which was --> make an animation. So I did.

I took a different approach, I created my animation based upon a piece of music.

So I was wandering around, thinking about what music to use and of course I ended up at 'Aphex Twin - Vordhosbn', which is probably one of my all time favorite pieces of audio.

So here it is, my first ever stop motion animation creation based upon the musical masterpiece created by Aphex Twin.

Please do enjoy! ;)

The video is good, but honestly it's nothing really new. Lot of people try to make videos to aphex songs and it's always with stop motion animation...

plyPhon by Lucio Arese is still my favorite one.

There are some really cool bits though and the picture quality is really nice, the only real problem is that the editing is a little disjointed so it is hard to judge the quality of the stop motion. Focus more on the stop motion aspect of things and create longer sequences that tell the story. Don't get down on yourself though, this is nice work and there is definitely something to get out of it.

Did I really just see the words "Despair" and "Death" on the screen?

Really?

Come on.

Come on.

Also most of the stop motion stuff was fairly boring.

There's no excuse to be such a cunt about it, jealousy?

read the rules

yeah pretty much agree, you have a good eye for photography but id like to see a little bit more stop motion work rather than the more faddng in and out collagey stuff

I didn't pick up on any stop motion, was a bit too jittered to see it really, except the thing with the box.
