Hmmm mines coming together slowly. Spent this weekend partying and rekindling my love with my decks... hmmm... vinyl....

Got a few more days so I can hopefully beat what I have into shape!

I've been working on piano pieces recently, but I shall spend my Sunday afternoon working on this... Haven't made a track in a few days. :D

just a quick question, 7 minutes on the dot. Is that an acceptable track length?

my track just rendered out 7:01 so I'll need to snip it in audacity or something :/

Tonight is gonna be a long night then

What's exciting is starting a project a month ago and then 24 hours before the deadline (I'm away from my lappy tomorrow night) realising that the whole track was shit and starting again from scratch. It's gonna be one busy evening !

I will be happy if I finish this on time. I fucking had to move right before the deadline, which complicated things.

sent my effort off earlier. I wont be surprised if it doesnt get picked.

things have gone badly tonight. It doesnt sound tesla enough for my liking. Will submit anyway but im not completely happy with how its turned out...

So I'm just about done my track, I hope to have it finished tonight and uploaded by midnight, but just curious, if I realize I need 1 more day, and I send you the track at like 1am (Montreal, QC time) on July 1st will my track still be considered? Or should I treat this like a University/Grant application? Lol

Yeah. What time is the deadline? Can we send it during the 30th, or does it have to be before the 30th? I'm pretty optimistic about getting this done, but I'd like to know how much time is left.

Haha yeah my track is mostly instrumental, I've been a big fan of Tesla for years so I didn't do much research, just started 2 days ago though. =) Today I thought to sample him talking, but I figure if there are any recordings someone is using them already! I saw a clip of this movie called the Secret of Nikola Tesla on youtube, so I'll be curious to watch it after my track is done! :D

I've avoided blatant Tesla samples for this reason alone
