Ah shit, my mom took me and my friends to that for my 6th birthday. Sad as fuck.

I'm afraid that these will make me sound like an asshole but I can't exactly explain why these things make me sad.

Seeing a (pretty) girl in an ok outfit with really cheap shoes underneath. (it makes me want for her to have the means to buy awesome shoes to go with the outfit)

Driving through a Dutch suburb late in the afternoon when it's sunny and you can hear the sounds of people in their gardens, children playing, the smell of freshly mowed grass and people lighting their barbecue. I don't know why it makes me so sad but it's brought me to tears a few times.

The average Dutch town centre, on a weekday, especially when it's raining, they all have pretty much the same look, the same people, the same stories, it's fucking depressing. I feel an incredible sense of disconnection if I really allow myself to be aware of the place and the moment I'm in, it can take a few hours to get over the feeling, even after I've left the place.

The sound of pigeons late in the afternoon, beginning of the evening.

Sometimes I get a wave of melancholy after sex. I hear this is referred to as post-coital blues.

It happens when the sexual act does not last too long  I read somewhere

When you open an umbrella only to have it fall apart... something about the thing that was meant to shelter you not being strong enough to even hold itself together. Tragic.

When perfectly edible food or recyclable materials get thrown in the garbage.

To keep it real and analog, I'm gonna start posting to WATMM by writing my posts in fountain pen on hemp paper, putting them in bottles, and throwing them into the ocean.

you have to watch those silent people, always trying to trick you with their silence

pulling out majora's mask and realizing as i play through it as an adult that the entire game is about depression and loss.

when playing majoras mask and having it crash when a few hours through a mission ( saving is not so easy with the game ) and then trying again only to have it crash 10 minutes into it and then giving up on the game entirely.

Or with someone you don't really care that much about.

There will be new love from the ashes of us.

looking out over cities at night, with all the little lights twinkling.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.
