One thing I've relished since a kid is using my toes to play with the strings that tie my quilt together, I always do this before going to sleep.

The smell when I've wiped my lips on my arm, always love this too. Kind of sickly sweet.

Also, I have a tendency to jarring my words, like a stammerer, so getting through the day with no word mishaps makes me feel great.
