Scintilli - Reactions

The long extended mix of eye robot is excellent, but i think a track that long would not have fitted the concept and flow of the album.

loving this album to bits.

main gripe: the endings! Work on the endings mates! tender hooks is the most offensive! it just fucking stops... :(

my final reaction was that Plaid's fans are idiots for posting live shows and should be exterminated in concentration camps.

how dare youuuuuuuu?????????!!!!!!!!!

seriously tho, we're alright here,, nobody is any sort of neo nazi, obviously!

post whatever you want, within JR's rules of course. what i said before about youtube clips wasn't any sort of demand! ???????

i was just relaying what i read in an interview.

sheeeesh. these americans are so thick sometimes ;) (and that was a joke, btw, for anybody who might have trouble reading)

haha, i love (parts of) America! really. and even most Americans, too. :) but a lot here seem to be idiots, tho.

yourself NOT included! :D

i'm usually only joking when i slag off America/ns, anyway. in the same way people here will say that Brits all have bad teeth, y'know...

it's only ridiculous cultural stereotypes, that are quite funny really, because they're so old fashioned, maybe. i dunno..

but don't worry about it to much, it's nothing personal :)

obviously everything is not black and white in this world. there are good and bad, dumb and greedy people everywhere! not just in America ;) hehe

also, i didn't know we were friends here yet...? i mean formally. so you can't unfriend me! :P

oh yes those australians!!!!! me too! i ve never seen so many people gathering together, with only one goal: to drink beer and to drink even more beer!! :S

( i mean the Anzacs day here in Gallipoli)

that sounds like the English, too!

hahaha, alright then, i ,too will try to and enjoy drinking just to be drinking,,, :) i surrender :P

but i remember when i was a kid, there was a nearby hotel, where ENG hooligans used to stay when they had away matches here in Istanbul,, and they did lots of beer mate! a lot!! i know it, from the amount of liquids they vomitted, after being beaten up badly, by people who lived with their families in the neighbourhood! :) and no i wasnt listenning to Plaid back then ,, i was into Technotronic and Falco ..

hahaha

i tried hard to love this album but it leaves me cold and yearning for old plaid.

imho it pales in comparison to rust proof clock/not for 3's and double figure.

they have regressed and just became uninspired

it just seems like they were going thru the motions and were not digging deep on any level at all.

it doesn't suck but it seems like electronica muzak for people over 40 to eat cheese and drink wine to on the veranda while their kids play in the garden.

it's kinda ball-less,clean/sterile and not very daring or memorable

if an unknown/unsigned artist posted this on bandcamp i really wonder how much attention it would gleam

leaves you yearning for old Plaid? :) Well, Plaid is always old and new at the same time. It just needs ears, to catch the two in them.

Besides, it s a bit unfair to always expect the "best" from any artist anyways. cause your best may and should mean sth else for them.
