Aphex Twin Aphex Twin & OOMPH! Sample

I recently got the CD "Wahrheit oder Pflicht" by OOMPH! I was listening to the track "I'm going under" when I noticed that the main beat from "At The Heart Of It All" is put in the background. When i did some reasearch I found a topic in the band's official forum I found a post by the singer where he claimed that he took the sample in question from an old sample CD. What do you guys think about it?

They probably just sampled aphex.

in 1994 Aphex travelled forward in time to sample "Wahrheit oder Pflicht" by OOMPH!, then back again where he used the sample in At The Heart Of It All. Subsequently, listening to "Wahrheit oder Pflicht" by OOMPH! in the present creates a time paradox which traps the listener in a loop of their subjective next 4 hours forever. Unfortunately the only solution is to kill Richard D James.

sounds like he is trying to not get in trouble from illegitimately sampling a song that was massively distributed and on a well known label

he actually died years ago in a car crash, but Warp quickly found a 'lookalike' to replace him at gigs/DJ appearances, etc., as there's thousands of the stupid fuckers out there...
