yes, i'm well aware there have been discussions about a new season/series/movie (and it has looked promising), i found this thread, didn't i? that article, from april (4) 17, 2012 (yes, i know the u.s. has a fucked up month/day/year date order), was about an appearance by the creator and some of the cast, just a couple days ago (!) discussing the upcoming season, and minor details of it.

it's not jazz, it's a fresh slab of vinyl from a snappy new beat combo.

Not sure if this is the only thread on the subject, or if there's a newer one or what. Most of you have probably already heard all of this, buuut:

The episode titles leaked, but i have no idea if they're legit or not. There was also a release date leaked... May 4th or... 5th? Something like that, but I remember hearing somewhere that the official release date was still undecided and that was just a guesstimate.

Anyway, now that the AD zero hour is drawing near, what is everyone thinking? What are you expecting? What running gags are you hoping to see make a return?

the titles go along with the rumor i heard that they're only featuring one main character per episode to cut down on costs. lol

this now has the potential to be horrible.

the reason they are doing an episode per character is because its suppose to lead up to the movie. basically what each character is doing during a certain time frame. and if i read correctly somewhere the movie script was already being worked on before they even decided to make these 8 (i think) episodes.

and no, this has no potential to be horrible. at the very least it will be mildly hilarious.

I'm pretty sure all of the characters will be in each episode, but a separate storyline for a each of them is carefully woven into a larger one, if you will. I can see this structure being perfect for the show's recurring jokes.

When has bringing something back *ever* improved it? I can't actually think of one example, only times when it went horribly horribly wrong that everyone just pretended the new addition never happened. Then there's also star wars...

I don't think it will be horrible at all. Some people will complain of a drop in quality which will be debatable, of course that would happen.
