was about to mention British Columbia, arn't they just very tolerant? I don't think they are legally supposed to sell anything there

What a stupidly arbitrary law. And this will change things how exactly? Couldn't it be argued that the increased potency of weed is caused from it being illegal in many countries. I wonder when the world will take a sane approach to drugs.

the price for juice in that place is outrageous though.

So it seems they are banning tourists from going in the coffee shops from next year. They've said it all before, whether it will happen to a media reported scale is yet to be seen.
