Aphex Twin Aphex Twin to play pub in Oxford?

Here are 2 links for the supposed gig that have surfaced over the past couple of days.

No confirmation from the venue or Warp yet.

Which leads me to believe that it is possibly more A-Faux Twin than Aphex Twin.

Anyone got any more info on this? Friday 4th November, Jericho Tavern, Oxford.

(The venue is a pub, but it does have a dedicated upstairs music room which is rather good and they do attract some big names as well as lots of up-and-coming bands)

Also advertising the Deaf Institute in Manc on the 7th. Would be all over that.

someone made a fake date saying he is also playing The Captains Rest in Glasgow (tiny basement bar venue)

confirmed "typo"/false from the venue lmao

Have emailed the jericho just to be sure, but that was pretty much what I was expecting. If it aint a festival paying mega bucks, you aint getting the 'twin

That same Twin Sister thing happened for a gig in Leeds a year or so back.

yup, Aphex isn't gonna play at a pub now is he! unless it's for a bunch of mates/family for a birthday party or something, and that aint gonna be advertised now is it!
