I don't know if they've gotten that specific about the multiplayer, but they've mentioned that there'll be co-op multiplayer missions

There's no gym bodybuilding stuff in it. They confirmed that it doesn't work with their engine.

I love how honest all these Rockstar people are in interviews. Usually, interviews with people of the industry are filled with bullshit PR talk, but that's not the case here. They actually answer the questions.
