keltoi
i'd quite like a sofa to go with my Ole Wanscher chair... want want want want want - Hans Wegner... Arne Jacobsen... Børge Mogensen... Finn Juhl... one of my favourites - Fabricius & Kastholm... Ib Kofod-Larsen... i'd be here all day with eames and all sorts of mid-century bent plywood chairs but i'll stop for now. keltoi
hey jules i quite like these 50's U.S. school chairs and think it would look pretty cool with different colours. i've obviously no idea how comfy they'd be or how much they'll sell for.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ANTIQUE-VINTAGE-RETRO-FURNITURE-CHILD-SCHOOL-CHAIR-50S-NO-RESERVE-/150683759773?pt=Antiques_Furniture&hash=item231573b49d#ht_720wt_1396 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ANTIQUE-VINTAGE-RETRO-FURNITURE-CHILD-SCHOOL-CHAIR-50S-NO-RESERVE-/150683763762?pt=Antiques_Furniture&hash=item231573c432#ht_720wt_1396 Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide keltoi's signature Hide all signatures Reveal hidden contents Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/69539-for-the-love-of-chairs/page/2/#findComment-1680490 Share on other sites
jules
thanks keltoi those are excellent but i need 8 and it looks like those are only 1 each. plus the shipping alone is more than my chair budget it is looking more and more like it is going to be these http://www.westelm.com/products/scoop-back-chairs-f887/?pkey=cdining-chairs-seating also back to your nice post, is hans wegner not the ultimate chair guru or what? there are so many of his chairs that i want. the papa bear chair has been number 1 for years now and i need to win the lottery to support my chair habit.
