Been giving Futurama a rewatch. Bender’s Game was better than I remembered (though Wild Green Yonder is still largely ass). Well into the first Comedy Central season and it’s been great.

Finished new season of The Expanse and series finale of Mr. Robot. Also Watchmen.

Started on Homecoming, and liking it so far. It's Esmail's new show, but weird that it's in 30 minute increments.

Finished the Witcher, pretty uninteresting. They certainly didn't do themselves any favours with the chronology jumping. Last couple of episodes were ok, hopefully they're done with the exposition for now and the next season will actually be about something.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

Really? I thought it was on par with previous seasons...

I haven't read any of the books, so the show is the only comparison I have - I thought all of it has been excellent so far.

Finally finished Breaking Bad and El Camino. Probably one of my favourite tv series now; ended perfectly.

New series 12 of Doctor Who started on NYD - so far so good; looks like Jodie Whittaker is finding her feet as The Doctor.

I've held off on El Camino.  You think it makes for a perfect ending to Breaking Bad?  I really liked how the original series ended so I've been avoiding watching El Camino.  Also a part of me is savoring it some.

To be clear; I meant Breaking Bad had a perfect ending - El Camino is a good coda to Jesse's story. Hope that clarifies things. I agree though - finish Breaking Bad before you watch El Camino.

Started Better Call Saul - so far, four episodes in and liking it a lot. Also started Broadchurch (the BBC version).

i thought it was gonna be a trailer for a comedy series based on the first scene being ridiculous and nick offerman being in it

also, 2015 called and wanted its subject matter back

Going back and re-watching old episodes of After Dark. One of the greatest concepts ever developed for television and I'd love to see a remake of it in the United States (and elsewhere, but as an American, I particularly want a U.S. version).

"Black Summer" on Netflix.  Binged it all pretty fast yesterday, was a nice way to kill an afternoon while recovering from surgery.  A couple of pretty great episodes in it, worth watching if you like Zombie flix.

Of course some of the acting was complete shiite, but other parts made up for it.

7.8 / 10

Fargo is easily one of the best series I’ve seen.

It wasn't very good, I think Iannucci should stick to making stuff in the UK, Veep was pretty bad too.

On the other hand the new Curb was great.

Been going through some health problems recently and just needed something light to watch and bring my mood up and so I got into The Inbetweeners.   Never laughed so hard in a while.  The humor matches my creep sick mind I've always ad.  Clunge and minge please.  Also the awkwardness of being a young lad they portray so well brought me back- although they are a bit more of benders than I was.

Curb was some funny shit, he crammed a lot into the first episode, the Weinstein gag had me cracking up bc it was exactly what I was thinking.

Positive Metal Attitude

About to watch curb now. The boys was kind of alright. The Witcher was kind of alright. Nothing really smart is going to be on big platforms for a while I feel.

is the most recent GOOD tv true detective season 1? Or do people consider Saul good?

im definitely not in the loop but I really can’t think of anything GOOD coming out since TD S1 (2 and 3 are shite ofc).

Oh yeah, I’m not counting anime. OPM is amazing. Animation studio switch was kind of let down in the beginning but season 2 was still very enjoyable.

One Piece is also getting really good right now.

the first season of OPM was ok, took the piss out of anime tropes, was funny. 2nd season was pretty terrible though, was both very boring and started to resemble the clichés it was taking the piss out of in the first season.

ummm first episode is on cbs right now and this wasn't AT ALL what i was expecting (although not sure what i was expecting either). basically picard has been chilling at the family vineyard from the episode family until some girl who's like a ninja shows up. and she's kinda like data. surprise. the end.

somehow, they've managed to get more people producing star trek and come up with a less interesting show than TNG despite having sir patrick stewart in the pocket.
