obesity in Canada can be considered a disability..... and then the fatties get the little handi-pass so they can park closer to the entrances of stores/malls/restaraunts etc. So instead of forcing them to exercise we give them a free pass to laziness

i'm sure a person of normal weight etc could eat a quadruple bypass burger with no ill effects (if you can stomach it) other than the meat sweats and bad guts for a day or so. so long as you don't eat this shit all the time, and you're generally healthy i don't think there's a problem with it.

So they have a legal defense that any patron assumes the risk of eating there.
