Such a tough question... I'm not entierly sure, but I know that I continue to return to this record and that I consider it a divine piece of art...

There's been a lot of great music put out during that time, but Oneohtrix Point Never - Rifts is a no-brainer for me. It literally came out of nowhere, sunk its teeth in and hasn't let go since. It tickles my nostalgia gland in a similar way to Boards of Canada, and practically everything I've gone on to discover by OPN has been right up my street. Glad to see a few folks have already mentioned it.
