Mortal - Deco is one of my favorite albums from that mid-90s golden era. Only discovered it a few years ago, but since then I’ve been a massive fan of Mortal/CODE.

There is a new release of reworks of old tracks and some new stuff that Further Electronix brought to light, that is well worth checking out.

Mortal/CODE are great, Deco is almost perfect! Yeah, found out about them when someone on WATMM posted a YouTube link for a track of their The Architect album ?

Continuum is great, I do enjoy most of the instrumental tracks best. Too bad the digital has 4 tracks less than the unobtainable FE vinyl release.

no-digital release is a fuggin' sh*t idea

Had the new Metallica album on in the van today. Thought I'd play it for a laugh.

Some of it, actually a lot of it, sounded suprisingly quite good. But it was drifting in and out of focus as I was busy so its hard to tell for sure.

Definitely looking forward to another spin.

I'm not too much into idm anymore but this album popped up on YouTube and it's pretty gnarly... mad skillzzzz

This came up in my "check this out later" pile and I'm quite sure it must have been a watmm recommendation, but I have no idea what thread I saw it in. Is this one of you? Anyway, really nice jams.

Playing my Radiohead b-side and assorted one off tracks, singles and other stuff (best stuff from Suspiria, The Smile etc)

How great is Worrywort? Pretty fucking great imo ?

Up On The Ladder. India Rubber. Maquiladora. Talk Show Host. Fog. Kinetic. I Promise.

The list goes on and on.

The Amnesiac b-sides are all stellar. Fast-track, the Amazing Sounds of Orgy, Trans-Atlantic Drawl, Kinetic, Worrywort, Cuttooth, Fog. Some are better than stuff that ended up on the album, imo. What a great period that was. I bought a lot of those singles on CD. They're worthless now of course but at the time I thought I was a cool collector IMG_5444.gif.08ce9e3e74adeefbc659a291cc68eed7.gif

Was thinking the same thing today. The CD version of the OK Computer B Sides was worth a minor fortune back in the day. I have a copy somewhere. Actually I know exactly where it is. Now, like you say it’s probably worth nothing. Pretty sure it was fetching a price of £50 on eBay before Spotify.

Oh yeah there's a lot of gold in that batch too. Meeting in the Aisle is such a cool and weird anomaly of a track. Polyethylene was an old fav as well. Hmm this takes me back :music:
