quincys classic reminds me of the casino level on sonic the hedgehog 2, which was prob always my fav sonic

i'm talking about the genesis game, none of the 3d shit even counts

The songs giving me Mc Kids vibes:)

just to reiterate a previous post (now with a youtube video).

quincy's classic really reminded me of this mc kids track the first time i heard it (although im sure any similarities is my interpretation and not the ceephax acid crew's intention at all^^).

1. have you received your copy, and

2. did you get a confirmation email saying it was shipped

'Natural Spectrum' forever. I'm guessing it's an ode to the 8-bit machine itself, what with the ZX loading sounds shimmering around. It's a gorgeous track, I just wish it was more than a shade under 3 minutes long... hopefully Ceephax has an extended version tucked away, ready to upload on to bandcamp. I'd pay £1.28(k) for it!

Yeah this track is the one that had the most direct impact on me, it's so sweet !

I'm literally in love with 'Reactor'. The way the melody kicks back in at the end - lush!

Whole album is brilliant. Along with Exai, best release of 2013.

I was not expecting this from the Phax, but it's a totally pleasant surprise :D

oh man, I totally forgot about that track. probably because I only have it on vinyl, and I never listen to my gramophone spinny discs anymore.

I love this Ceephax track. it's really a banger but still has this humor touch which makes it so enjoyable to me

Brilliant album. Thanks Andy. Thandy.

Agreed. Just bought it, and it's superb.

Before I start I must preface that I love the album .... but I think there's something a little off with the pacing that probably lessens my feelings towards it. More specifically it seems to have quite the same energy level throughout with no little change from the peaks and troughs, and it sorts of just fizzles out at the end with the slow paced Forest Zone 303 follwed by two minutiaes (is that the word?), rather than ending on a big bang (probably why I prefer UAE with it having the epic climax of Arcadian (Castilian II) followed by the 'end credit' esque Royal Lounge)

I haven't eaten a Wagon Wheel since 07/11/07... ilovecubus.co.uk - 25ml of mp3 taken twice daily.

It's strange this semi-new phenomenon of buying an album and illegally downloading it also.

Got the red triple LP, then realised I'd want it on my ipod too.

Thought for a minute about ripping it from the vinyl and then went "fuck that" and looked for it online...

Great LP though.

Anyone else not feeling it, or is it just me?

I jest, of course. Anything specific you're not enjoying?

To be honest I haven't really had a chance to immerse myself in it. The energy and feel is pretty flattrack but at the time there's quite a lot to take in. Don't worry I'm sure it'll grow!
