So I am selling this unique damaged mousemat that I got for £3.99 after knocking up a quick pdf in vector magic and sending it to an ebay guy.

As it is damaged I propose a price of £400 quid to the highest bidder.

Or I can sell you the pdf and you can go on ebay and get the same thing and with any luck you will get the same damaged look.

The undamaged one is worthless tbh.
