Probably this.

Either that or The Crystal Method's - Vegas, I got into electronic through the "big beat" scene

In 1995, I listened to "Further Down the Spiral" while I was walking on the beach in Northeast FL nearly every night. "At the Heart of it All" struck me as exactly the sort of music I was looking for, and when I read the liner notes and saw it was "created by aphex twin", I nearly immediately rushed out and special ordered a copy of "...I Care Because You Do".

I loved NIN's music, but I always hated how his cheesy lyrics pulled me out of the moment. I thought "if only someone would do this without the cringy cliches".

Haha, I'm glad I'm not alone. That album was the most amazing thing I'd heard when I was 13, after not really branching out from the music my parents listened to (The Shadows, Dire Straits, Deep Purple, etc). Climbatize blew my fucking mind!

Kraftwerk - Computer World.

This on cassette after hearing it at the skate rink in 1990.

I was initially recommended Kraftwerk by my design & technology/wood shop teacher when I was 12. If I hadn't been into Kraftwerk then, I don't know if I would have been ready for the Kraftwerk concert I went to when I was 14, which probably will always be my favourite concert memory.

Tough question.

Realistically it was probably Nine Inch Nail's Pretty Hate Machine in 1989 or early 1990.

More along the lines of what we consider electronic music here, it was probably Underworld's Dubnobasswithmyheadman in 1994.

Can`t really remember, either Experience - The Prodigy or Full On Mask Hysteria by Altern8. Played the shit out of both of those.

Pretty sure it was Alec Empire vs Techno Animal - Curse of the Golden Vampire. Technically bought by my aunt who lived in NYC at the time after I heard a track by el-p and alec empire on a handsome boy modelling school tape. Changed my musical preferences forever..

Foley Room by Amon Tobin in 10th grade, or Guero by Beck in 7th grade if that counts as electronic. My first electronic songs were a couple from Squarepusher and a couple from Amon Tobin in 9th grade.

First actual purchase, anyway. There was some FSOL and the FFWD>> album floating around before that in the early-mid '90s, I think in pirated tape form, due to King Crimson associations.
