Yeah, I don't see how this is selling out or insincere in any way. Seems like a good fit. Also there really isn't a huge percentage of people who actively listen to reggae. Notice how dubstep exploded after Skrillex stripped every last bit of actual dub from it.

i'd say the only reason this is rousing people attention and getting people thinking hes selling out is because of the documentary. But it's by Vice, isnt it? They dont seem to be very mainstream.

I personally prefer Snoop Lion to Snoop Dogg. Snoop Lion sounds more like a motown legend. Snoop Dogg just sounds like some lame guy trying hard to be cool.
