I just downloaded the whole album via bleep through the main website.

bleep is down means bleep is down with releasing the album (ie theyre cool with it)

No, I literally mean (for me) Bleep is down - I keep getting a timeout when loading the site.

Not sure what the confusion is about, but you can buy the entire album from itunes. When certain tracks won't be sold individually doesn't mean they aren't sold on itunes. Buying the entire album, gives you all the tracks.
