Happens on the promo too. Could be part of the track I guess but it does feel a bit odd.

On track 4 now. Enjoying it a lot so far first listen, if it keeps up this pace, this is going to be one of my favorite AE releases. Nicely weird and twisted and so many changes.

about to get to Bladelores...so far favorites on side 1 are Fleure, Flep,and Tuinorizn...found the stretch from Irlite through vekoS pretty barren...

Can someone who downloaded this from iTunes confirm whether bladelores dips out at :48s ?

I think that dip is weird reverb modulation, honestly...

Weird.

It does drop out but it kinda sounds like its a part of the track. the preceeding seconds have a stuttery reverb and sound already

Pixelives, do you think this album is mostly hardware driven, where's as Oversteps was software. I def notice it in the imperfections and in the mix itself.

im on #6, with the exceptions of some parts of irlite this is really rocking, lots of interesting stuff going on

yeah, doesn't sound unintentional to me.

Yeah I've been feeling that from the get go. But combined with software modulations and effects. But much better mix than Quaristice. Like it was pieced together bit by bit as opposed to just stereo takes. It feels a bit jammy and loose but well composed and also hi fi.

it is...loving it to be honest! this album is about reverb!!!

I'm starting disc two now... seems to open up a bit more.

listening to it on headphones.

the mix is very cinematic and spacious, but sorry to say not really feeling most of it. Will bite my tongue a bit as I segue to side 2...

i always associate Ae albums with landscapes, for example for me Chiastic was always a world made of cogs and gears and steam powered machinery, confield was like an barren alien planet, draft like an alternate dimension, untilted like harsh desert, quaristice like underwater, oversteps icy mountains and glaciers

... Exai is definitely outer space

amazing how those 2 come up with new stuff every time... .. .Quar was for me the least interesting album, I consider Confield their best album...but this one.......

Still can't connect, and I gotta go home now. Was hoping to have a download that I could listen to on the drive home :(

I'm having the same problem with T ess as well, and my 24 bit Wav file was only 1.78 GB

wow some tracks sound awesome already !..

it definitely sounds more accessible than the previous stuff, which is in my opinion not a bad thing

Cannot relate to that...i find everything pre-EP7 more accessible compared to this album...even Oversteps is easier to listen to

the accessibility people are perceiving is just an illusion...

it's just more direct, the bass is bassy, the drums are hard-hitting and everything seems like it's on its "right" place
