Today: Felix Baumgartner 36km stratosphere jump

Recommended Posts

You all remember the Dayvan Cowboy video with the Kittinger jump from the stratosphere (31km free fall).

Today Felix Baumgartner will do a 36km jump. In Germany it's even live on TV (n-tv, 15:00 german time).

Mission has been cancelled - ohhhh well, there was a bit of wind... They are very cautious. Seems like they can only start in very rare cases, meteorologically.

But hey. We know the secret plan. New try will be when the next BoC album will be released.

The ballon was touching ground for a few seconds due to the winds. If this caused small holes in the surface they would grow to big leaks of several meters in diameter or more when the ballon has grown to full size once it reaches the stratosphere

I am watching this but taken in concern how often the start was posponed last time it will not be my first priority to watch it today
