Thanks, apparently I colored it with a sewing pen(?) and the purple may vanish. It's like it's dying

You get a similar thing with biro drawings. The ink is acidic and is slowly eating the paper.

If you ever dig out a biro drawing that you did years ago you'll find the paper has perished and will crumble into fragments.

Here's something I did about ten years ago with colour pencils. Don't have any recent things scanned in.
