i work five or six days a month. sometimes more, sometimes less, but i always have a good amount of free time. i might end up working five days a week soon for a new client but i'll be making insane amounts of money so it'll be worth it.

freelance photographer/photo assistant, depending on what comes along. it pays the bills most of the time. i do have to be frugal though. a few months ago i worked three days a week all month and made some serious money. perfect timing though because i had to get a new apartment.

im talking with an agent about some serious catalogue work for a major company though, in which case i would have no free time and way more money than i've ever made before.

I'm on the honour roll. I think that's a good accomplishment since I also work full time. I am proud of that as a personal achievement.

I'm in some deep shit over a girl, last time I turned to abusing drugs and alcohol. Think in the direction of a bottle of vodka and +1 grams of amphetamines each 24 hours for about 3 weeks. Eventually it came to a conclusion when I made plans to end it all, someone found out and prevented me from executing my plans.

This time I've only indulged in eating kebab and sweets, have only had 1 beer so far. And instead of wallowing in my sadness I'm trying to be reasonable about it and called someone and talked about it for a while.

Feels kind of good somehow, like I've maybe grown a little as a person in between.

Not meaning to shit up this thread with emo whining, it seriously feels good to have a little control.

I've ordered a new snowboard earlier today that I get to go and pick up tomorrow (5 minute drive), which I can then try out on Sunday for free on a real snow slop (4 minute drive).

my ma had surgery today and came out alive and well.

I'm extremely happy. I feel like 25 years of living and feeling like shit have just vanished into thin air and I'm filled to the brim with energy and peace and joy to be alive. I don't know what to do with it all. I am testing my body to the limits, expanding my circle of friends, taking more risks to improve my future and generally enjoying being free. It's not that everything is going my way and the way I want it to, it's just that I stopped caring so much about that.

Found out yesterday we'll be having a baby girl. Either that, or a boy with no penis.

I think I have my life figured out.

And (finally) money has become really easy to make.

i was about to come in here to say i've sold my flat for the asking price but all of a sudden the buyer's being an inflexible fanny about move-in dates. [move to FWP]

well, i'm on vacation this week and i just bought a fresh bag of luke-nip, so i'm gonna spend all week inside making tunes. then, next week i'm going to house sit for a friend on the mountain and drink all their liquor, eat all their food and play all their pianos.
