That 15 second clip sounds like the music in "The Tonight Show with _____" kind of shows when they cut to ads

Sounds like Chic, which makes sense.

I don't see what's so lame about what sounds like a clip of Nile Rodgers jamming over a Daft Punk track, in fact I would be pretty stoked for an entire album of that stuff. I don't assume he will feature on all of the tracks though. But I know Giorgio Moroder said a long time ago that he also recorded something for them, so I'm expecting a real disco album.

Yeah, that was always a nice trademark. From the looks of that little 15 second clip, it seems they're keeping it that way, which is great.

Bits of this sound a whole lot like an early version of "Around the World."
