That's weird. Photodementia put up a status update on FB saying this:

'a lot of emails asking about the CD...for anyone who would like to know it is yet to be released, currently being manufactured. No release date yet but possibly due over the next couple of months'

And now it's been confirmed?

Better be... I can't wait much longer.
