I completely disagree with the Beerleef and A1 being even similar, never mind plagiarism. Other than pitching the tones there's hardly anything comparable, imo anyway.

Maybe it's not inspired by that exact track. i dont think it's plagerism but i think it's a pretty obvious example of AE wearing an influence on their sleeve unashamed. Mustache is one of the only electronic albums they've praised by another artist in the last 6 years that i know of. I hear Mr Oizo influences all over Quaristice too, mainly Perlence. The newest Skull Snap record also has a few Oizo inspired numbers on it.

What about the recks on / black belt comparison? Do you disagree with that too?

I would perhaps agree with an influence. But I certainly hear a Moustache influence on Quari, I think fwze and bnc castl are the most Moustache on there though, not sure there's a huge amount of reference within Perlence, but this is just me!

I do disagree with the Recks On/Black Belt comparison but I know how much you love Scorn so it's treading on thin ice! Haha. I certainly see a similar mood, but I think Recks On owes a shit load more to the b boy hip hop stuff. When I heard that the first thing I thought of was the old Rob Brown hip hop tapes.
