I gave it up a few weeks ago as an experiment after first reading this thread. Haven't caved in yet! It's a good thing I have a girlfriend. Although if I didn't have one, I think this would still be a good idea as it would motivate me to go out and meet more people. Plus, Chen was spot on with his post.

I built up some weird fetishes and it's not related to any trauma or psychological issues. I completely agree that at some point you just get off on "shock" value or weird specific shit when porn gets boring.
