After this I listened to geogaddi and I didn't like it, I was quite vomitting at some tracks, I realized they were too crazy for my ears, they took too much acid to play music I stupidly thought (cliché of psyché music) But I knew this album was a kind of big forest where I just wasn't able to go inside.

I was in US tjis summer, and eat in KFC. FUCK That's the worst thing i've ever eaten. The flesh simply doesn't cleave to the bones. Battery ferming. And then, foie gras is banned from NY state, because it's considered as ill-treat. IT'S NOT. KFC is tourist ill-treat. YOU POISONERS! Two hours after being to KFC, i stopped in a amsih little town barf all that KFC shit out. Nice work!

 

So i hope this woman is not like kfc chicken, otherwise she'll be pulled to pieces.

I'll be the contrarian and say I'm really hoping for some more ambient pieces, like the two that open that BoC live set (forget which one, too lazy to check). I'm kind of tired of the "thwacky over-loud drums plus swirling synths" thing. Given the seeming subject matter of this new one, I'm hoping it'll have some good ambient tracks...

 

What I want is laser-precise minimalism. A la IABPOITC. Where every part is necessary and there's nothing excessive. Where it's clear the tune follows from an idea, rather than the idea coming as the result of musical experimentation/mashing sounds together.

 

I think that's what makes early BoC so powerful. The quality of the recordings is crap, the tunes are minimal, but they hit the sweet spot of the brain with precision.

oh my god this sounds amazing. definitely don't think it's a fake, based on the drums. seems to follow logically from their sound in reach for the dead. what's the story on the source of this audio?
