yes well they'd be expected to wear the credit card fees as part of the refund process, so it does make sense. I'd say it's still a brave new world for the accounts department as there's probably neither legislation nor agreed standard industry practise covering this where paypal is concerned. Given the scale of the paypal economy these days you would think that it would have been considered.

 

Perhaps you can be the test case osci. You certainly appear dogged enough.

oh trust me, I'm tenacious enough. As you've already made light of here - they would cover any credit/debit card fees, and should do so in the case of refunding for PayPal also.

nope, what I'm holding is the art card from the CD which actually arrived on time. vinyl was very clearly never even sent out, as a browse through posts here and on twoism confirms.

It's funny you mention that because that's the impression I got RE my Bibio that took 1.5 months to arrive. Bleep said it was "lost in the mail" but other Canadian WATMMers said that the same thing happened to them.

 

I think it's clear their shipping/distribution department or channels is not capable of handling the current volume of orders...

I can confirm that NR fulfil ALL of their preorders. :happy:

So far I'm quite pleased. I ordered 2 items that are already released, and EDM B2 which isn't. I was testing them. They e-mailed me right away asking if I wanted to wait until all items are available to bundle my shipment or if they should send the 2 that are available and the other one later.

 

Already better customer service than bleep. Whenever I e-mail bleep (I think Oscillik had the same problem) I get a copy paste type message from them that doesn't even address my questions. It's like they've outsourced customer service to India (no offence, just tech support and customer service from India is notoriously bad...).

They care more about customers than they do making a big fat profit. Don't be surprised that they treat you as a human being and actually want to save you money, heh.

 

Plus, most days it's Phil who responds to ALL customer emails unless he's off, and he does it in a flash as well.

 

So, Phil > entire Bleep customer support (it's more than one person) :emotawesomepm9:
