Guest RadarJammer
did anyone ever ask them what they do for EQ and compression now that they are almost 100% digital/max/in the box? i remember reading sean saying he wasn't impressed with digital eq back in 2005 or something Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/81111-place-to-chat-about-aaa-thread/page/29/#findComment-2090179 Share on other sites

I wasn't quite sure how to interpret their answer, at one point he said they just send out stereo channels to the mixing desk, at another point he said the house engineer would do their 'mix' for them. Not sure what that means exactly. I can't imagine not using a submix before sending it to the house Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide awepittance's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/81111-place-to-chat-about-aaa-thread/page/29/#findComment-2090200 Share on other sites

modey
Yeah it was fold4,wrap5. I'm beginning to understand fol3 though. There's a really cool rhythm to it. Guest bitroast
yeah true. i guess if anything, for me, the key to 'cracking' fol3 is listening to fol4 :) Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/81111-place-to-chat-about-aaa-thread/page/29/#findComment-2090232 Share on other sites
