Why the hell do they release the audio files so late...

Received my 12" today together with my Norman/Rephlex order, just when I have a day off. Good, good times. Anyway, the original track is amazing, shame the guy only takes up 5 minutes on one side. Now let's turn it over to some sheer AE madness...

it sounds a lot like an autechre remix (odd job. Smallfish Pa.track2. etc.) and by all means, it is a good thing : )

Good AE stuff, even on 45rpm (didn't check the speed when flipping over) !

So, what rpm speed IS this record? I still haven't received mine yet.

Record speed has always been one of Autechre secrets (meaning it's irrelevant)

Given the length of the track I'd suggest 33rpm. My copy turned up but I've gone out drinking

It says it's a web release and it's absolutely pops/clicks/hiss free.

haha ok, didn't realize they were out officially yet, but i wouldn't put it past an anal retentive music hoarder to do something like that
