I need a pic of that stencil on the ground with people walking around it or independent angles of it or something. It looks legit, but who the hell knows

The one I found is on east side of 6th Ave in front of Radio City Music hall, easy to see, but no date. I'll upload a pic when I get back to the office.

i wonder if this will tie in with the EDM release somehow?

Nah, I think it's legit. Not that it cost a ton of money, but it cost something non-trivial and is happening on two continents. I say it's real, and will have the same build up to a preorder and then let down as the BoC hype.
