Yep. That's not an album. It's a compilation of two EPs.

what does that mean?

Because the tracks compiled together are basically an album. Unless of course you mean some completely new HAB material that doesn't exist, compiled into album format?

I'm trying to figure out what "if the HABS were an album" would be other than compiling the two works together.

This is very important to me.

Just saying HAB and HAB2 were EP releases, not albums. The HAB compilation CD was a re-release of those EPs except now on CD, one disc.
