it's kinda fascinating that he just casually drops that kind of disinfo(?) in his interviews. Like weren't we for almost 5 years under the false impression from a badly translated spanish interview that had gone through a financially devastating divorce? I in no way want to encourage creepy attention to his family, im just using it as an example of how we all just took that at face value and it appears to have been totally made up.

was thinking these latest interviews were on the level until the kids thing. Weird that he mentioned the 5 year old -> album story to two different outlets but didn't keep the age, # or gender straight.

I vaguely remember the divorce thing being some sort of 'inside info' off FB or something that was later "confirmed" in an interview but since the original thread was deleted by joyrex it's hard to say, obviously a lot of the wild speculation from those days has been proven false(new album coming out on warp mostly in response to the kickstarter, not held up because of some divorce/money situation)

I actually thought initially it might have been cleaned up audio or something, but the drums sounds and mixing (to a degree) seemed off to me.
