Various Artists - Touched 2 Compilation - OUT NOW

Im really glad to read all the comments here, I'm glad your all loving it so much :) I'm even finding new gems and I've heard them all :)

yeah. the comp is 1367 minutes. 1367/60 min = 23. I wonder if 23x1hour long albums of this material would really be any more digestible than this method?

plus, i'm mostly interested in the big name artists I already recognise (ie. the ceephaxs, the autechres, etc.) and diluting that across different albums with all the artists i don't recognise might lose that impact / wow factor that drew me into supporting it so enthusiastically.

With one big compilation with lots of artists you recognise it draws attention of a broad scope of fans and listeners.. everyone is able to dig in and download/pay what they want.

this method of downloading 250 tracks/massive gig file is kind of ridiculous but I like it :)

Good points, you're probably right.

I can't even express how excited I am about this release. I feel like a kid in a sweet shop only the sweets are sweet tracks and the kid is a short adult female. I didn't think this post through properly. To summarise I'm pretty fucking excited. Can't wait to listen to the whole thing on my imminent time off.

Purchased. Gonna take a long time to get through this. Pleased I have my xmas holiday's coming up. Tracks I've quickly checked out sound amazing.

I actually didn't realize just how long it was. The last one could have fit relatively nicely into a 1 album per month format but this one is just too huge.

If it keeps doubling by Touched 26 we'll have everybody on earth contributing
