I was out in LA/SoCal last month, and actually thought that everyone seemed so much more civilized driving there than here in TX. like people on the highways didn't ALL go 10-15mph over, ride your bumper, lane shift haphazardly, like they do here. I attributed it to the more chill palm tree SoCal 420 vibe than the hot unflattering landscape vibe here.
