Lesh, Bob Weird, Hart & Kreutzmann. How they ever let John Mayer nr Garcia’s guitars is a travesty.

Robert Hunter rarely gets mentioned in the pantheon of musical lyricists, seems the focus is overshadowed by all the side trips re-Deadheads/counter-culture/lsd & it’s very easy to sneer at w/hindsight. My favourite band by some margin for musicality & Robert Hunter’s use of language is the cherry on top.

I have a friend that house sits for rich people up in Marin county. He was house sitting for some multi million dollar house which he invited me to. I was told that I need to park my car somewhat in their flower bed or Bob Weir gets pissed off. Apparently he was like two houses down.

Thats cool. I watched a doc on him, He does have a nice house

I first saw him in The Black Hole as a kid, RIP

RIP. He was great in everything. One of the best parts of the Breaking Bad movie too. 

went to see el camino in theaters on Friday evening and forgot he was in the show at all. After the movie my gf and I got to talking about how his character in BB could have been a continuation of his character in Jackie Brown. She suggested we watch Jackie Brown some time soon. When we got home I was still thinking about him so I looked up some interviews with him and watched about 2 or 3.   Then woke up to news that he had passed away. RIP
