Are hit flix or movie web owned by disney, or any other media conglomerate with competing franchises to run against th DC Warner universe?

not sure. From what I've seen, this movie heavily hints at Darkseid and Apokalips, so I can imagine how much money is riding on Zack Snyder. maybe not the wisest bet, as we've seen with Sucker Punch.

Skimmed sucker punch, in under a minute. heh. I didn't mind the superman film, last third was extending fight scenes unnecessarily, but other than that it was nicely crafted, and the ending was cool too.

Anyway, I saw the trailer for this thing the before The Force Awakens, and man... Jesse Eisenberg was like an annoying anime fan on molly.

Yeah, I saw that. The audience seems to love it though.

I always thought is was really dismissive and cunty to describe superhero comics and movies, etc. as homoerotic power fantasies for emasculated man-children, but this flick is calling that into question.
