they haven't enabled the full mothership set, another year where i have to be disappointed by the BBC not giving a fuck about one of the only acts that mattered that i missed. cunts, unmusical nothing cunts. There's a ten minute clip, that's it, cocks.

Chemical Brothers live shows are always top notch, last saw them at Creamfields (please don't kill me) and doesn't need to be emphasised that they ruled the weekend's lineup. Don't think I remember giant retro robot light shows though, was that part of their set or the stage? cool as shit

Stoked to watch OA II. The movement thing never bothered me, anyone familiar with Druidic studies will recognize the importance of movement to get to higher planes.

Chemical Brothers were acceptably OK. Grandmaster Flash did a cracking set. He started with that jungle track, the one the goes 'ORIGINAL MANA MANA MANA MOSA ORIGINAL MANAMANAMANAMANAMOSA'. Then he did some nice old school hip hop. Lots of crowd interaction, he jumped down and gave everyone high fives at the end. And he's nearly 60.

Anyway, my legs barely work anymore, I'm coated in mud, sweat and cider and I need a proper meal. Out of all the acts I heard Deadmau5 was the best. I'll probably watch a few things online later, but I doubt they'll excite me too much.

Glastonbury is a very unique experience, and I would encourage everyone to do it at least once.

Awesome weekend as usual. Patti Smith bringing out the Dalai Lama was a highlight, The Who were cool too despite Townshend getting pissed off with the stage set-up. Back to grim reality, sigh.

"They're about guns, lasers, robots with laser guns in space. Monsters from the future. Explosions. Sylvester Stallone doing a backflip on top of a spike while Robocop carries a ghost up a mountain. Bombs and swords and that... IDM is awesome."
