I fucking hated Friends when it originally came out. Now I can sort of tolerate it as a kind of 90s curiosity. The Rachel & Ross thing is still painful though.

yeah you forgot Airwolf

Positive Metal Attitude

I don't think I've even watched 10 entire series, maybe I'm forgetting lots too but whatever.

Miami Vice
Blackadder
Police Squad!
Freaks and Geeks

And yeah The Simpsons had a great run.

Does Columbo count as a 'series' in this thread or are they more just a bunch of movies like the Pink Panther or something (what you'd call a 'franchise' these days I guess)? Either way you cannot go wrong with Peter Falk. :emotawesomepm9:

I have vague but fond memories of Frasier too, don't know how I ever got into the habit of watching that one but I remember sticking with it for ages, almost to the end probably.

Huh, I never knew Father Ted was a thing in America, nice. Weirdly, despite being Irish and having had Father Ted references as a constant cultural touchpoint for years, I'm only watching through it for the first time now. So good.

Wonder Showzen was amazing. Has anyone seen The Heart, She Holler? Made by the same guys, manages to be even weirder. The first season was great, got bored watching the second one though and never finished it.
