I still don't buy the "it's too expensive" cop out.. Like half of my meals are either eggs, potatoes, or a rice dish.. I buy a 5 dollar loaf of sprouted bread and it lasts all week. Frozen vegetables and canned vegetables I eat all the time. Cheap meat cuts go on the skillet and it it anyway. Milk is cheap and it will keep you alive and strong.
