Plaid - The Digging Remedy

I've only listened to it once so far and like it, have to give it several more listens to really judge. I think doing good music is always worthwhile, doesn't have to be about making statements or trying to break new ground, just new music is fine as long as its good. I feel similar about Kettel's new album Wingtip.

On a wider note I think only Autechre could be said to still be breaking any new ground out of all the main artists this board has forums on, definitely in a minority.

Listened to it without The Bee in the tracklisting and I think it works better as a flowing album without it. I still like The Bee a lot but, as with B Born Droid, it doesn't fit the album imo.

Still loving it though!

I look to see when things leak fairly often out of curiosity on hasitlkeaked or other sources, that doesn't mean I pirate them or intend to. Just a gauge of the public's desire to get a new piece of media. The leak of Kanye's last album was of great entertainment, but yeah I'm not wasting HD space on that twat.

And they're right about Amazon locking down their digital stores, I got shot down trying to buy one damn track a few months ago, another mod even tried to help. Then I had to undo it all to switch my home store back to US, which was another hassle.

The downside: the disc is expensive, shipping costs are high plus you'll have to pay customs on the package.

All just for one track (that isn't really that good IMO).

the track is (IMO) different vibe than the album, why I like it. Plus it's the first bonus track in several albums from them that I feel is as good as anything off the LP..

not sure this album is better than the last 2, but I deff like it, possibly more than I thought I would after hearing Do Matter few weeks ago

It's an okay track but I don't think it's anywhere near as good as the bonus that came with Reachy Prints.
