I don't like the single much. Those spoken Japanese bits at the end are just beyond a cliché. That was what passed for sophisticated and cool in the early 90s. Now it just sounds lame. I'm sure the album will be good though.

my biggest issue with actress is that the publicity hype is no where near commensurate with the quality of the music. hipster americans always being like "yeah u know actress" and I have to begrudgingly nod my head. guys actress made my life hard. my life sucks. 

Looking forward to hearing this, although I’ve liked each LP of his less than the last. Agreed with fumi that X22reme or whatever is not great; the video makes it seem even weaker imo.
