Can't think of any at the moment. Usually when I'm 100% sure about a memory it's something from my personal past and more often than not the people involved have different recollections or remember certain details that I'd forgotten.

Anyway, I couldn't resist googling the insure/ensure thing and one of the first results was this grammar blog with an apt quote;

It's shocking the lengths people go to avoid admitting that they're wrong about even the pettiest little details.  The Mandela Effect is an extremely convoluted and stupid attempt at becoming infallible.  I'm not convinced, though.  I think the much more likely explanation for these things is that humans sometimes make mistakes, especially with negligible details that don't have any effect on our lives.
